Alabama NENA Communications Awards Program 2017 Nomination Package

ALABAMA CHAPTER OF NENA ANNUAL AWARDS PROGRAM

Who are your outstanding performer(s)?  We know you have them.  Someone who, through their almost singular actions, brought a life-saving incident to a timely and safe resolution. Or, someone who has performed at peak efficiency, accurately processing large volumes of calls and dispatches throughout the year. Or, creating that database that everyone in the Center depends upon!  Whether recommended by their peers or supervisors, it’s time to provide them with the recognition they richly deserve.

Guess what?  It’s time to start putting those nomination packages together so they can be submitted to the Awards Committee by September 1, 2017.  Get the process rolling in your agency now.  Don’t delay!  Take this opportunity to recognize and award your outstanding performers.  Not everyone can be selected, but just to be nominated is a privilege because it shows that YOU recognize their outstanding performance!

Award winners a stipend up to $1,500.00 for full conference registration, hotel and meals.  You must do your own registration and reservations.  The nominating agency must be willing to release the applicant chosen to attend and cover any peripheral costs above the stipend.  Transportation is on your own.

The deadline for all nominations is September 1, 2017.

Everyone please see the attached Nomination Forms and associated criteria for the nominations.
