By referencing Group ID # 2872 you will receive a group discount of 10% off prevailing rental rates at time of booking on a stay of 3 or more nights. 

Our “Call Center” is available for reservations every day from 7 am until 8 pm every day, including weekends and holidays.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS: A $199 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.  The remainder of the balance is automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in.  Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are charged the grand total of reservation at time of booking.

Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more, prior to arrival, all monies will be refunded minus $199 cancellation fee.  If the reservation is cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, the grand total of booking (rent, fees and taxes) will be forfeited.  There are no refunds for early departures or inclement weather.

Group discounts are not available online; however, attendees may request a specific unit number when booking their reservation with our call center after visiting our web site at www.BrettRobinson.com and viewing available units and properties for their dates.
