Alabama NENA Aid to Florida

The Alabama NENA Chapter recently approved $5,000 to assist our 9-1-1 peers hit by Hurricane Michael. The Calhoun County Florida PSAP was basically adopted and asked to submit a list of specific items they needed. This week members delivered generators, tents, sleeping bags, Lowe’s and Wal-Mart gift cards, ice chests, socks and lots of food, water and other drinks. The Calhoun County PSAP employees were grateful, and AL NENA is happy we were able to help.
